Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Friendly dogs are welcome – They must be always be kept on a lead and please clean up after them.

*Only registered guide dogs will be allowed access to the Father Christmas Experience area.

Q: Have you got toilets on site?

A: Yes, we have lots. Accessible and baby changing available on-site.

Q: Is the event indoors or outdoors?

A: The event is indoors, outdoors and in various marquees.

Q: I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

A: Sorry to hear you are unable to join us, unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable.

Q: Can I pay by card on-site?

A: Most traders, food stalls and attractions will accept card payment, but we recommend bringing cash as signal can be intermittent.

Q: I can't find my tickets, can I get them re-sent?

A: If you can't locate your tickets on email, check your spam/junk folder. If still no joy, pleasecontact our ticket support team by email. support@musthavetickets.co.uk

Q: Will the weather affect the event?

A: The event will go ahead come rain or shine. We have plenty of undercover spaced to stay nice and dry. Remember to pack a rain Mac and appropriate footwear, the ground underfoot is various terrains, including grass, gravel and tarmac.

Q: Will tickets be available on the gate?

A: We highly recommend pre-booking your tickets online to guarantee entry.

Q: Can we stay over on-site?

A: There is strictly no on-site camping allowed, the venue must be vacated at time of closing.

Please note: There will be no public access to other areas of Henham Park other than the event area within the immediate vicinity of Henham Barns.
